• Voucher: Refers to an electronic voucher containing stored value, available for
redemption through the Platform.
• AUTOSMART, we, or our: Refers to AUTOSMART PVT. (LTD)., a company registered at

• Product: Refers to the gaming currencies available for redemption across various
games listed on the Platform.
• Services: Refers to the services offered by AUTOSMART via the Platform, including but
not limited to those described under Clause 8, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

referenced documents, or subsequent amendments issued by AUTOSMART from time

2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By ticking the “I agree to AUTOSMART PVT. (LTD)’s Terms & Conditions” checkbox on the
Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2.2 If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

(collectively, the “Contents”)—is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual
property laws.
6.4 Intellectual property rights relating to the games and their associated products belong solely
to their respective legal owners, publishers, or licensees. AUTOSMART does not claim any
affiliation or partnership with these parties.
6.5 All services offered on the Platform are provided by AUTOSMART and not by the owners,
publishers, or licensees of the games.
7. Restrictions on Use
7.1 Except where expressly permitted, the Contents or Services available on this Platform may
not be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by
any means.
8. Services Offered
8.1 AUTOSMART provides the following services:
(a) Direct Top-Up
Upon selecting this service and confirming the relevant details (e.g., game name, server, user
ID, character name, account name, redemption amount, and loyalty points), you will receive a
confirmation email. The requested top-up will be processed within a few hours.
(b) Voucher
Upon selecting this service and confirming the relevant details (e.g., game name, server,
redemption amount, and loyalty points), you will receive a confirmation email. The Voucher
Redemption Code will be emailed to you within one hour.
8.2 AUTOSMART is not responsible for failed redemptions due to incorrect or incomplete
information provided by you, including the misdirection of credits or vouchers.
8.3 All Direct Top-Ups and Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
8.4 AUTOSMART is not liable for the loss, misuse, or damage of any Voucher, nor for any
damages suffered as a result of its use or inability to use.
8.5 By redeeming any product via the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the disclaimers
and limitations of liability set forth in this Clause 8 and Clause 9 below.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

AUTOSMART disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any representations or warranties
regarding:
• (a) Accuracy, reliability, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for purpose, non
infringement, or completeness of the Platform’s Contents;
• (b) Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform or that defects will be corrected;
or that the Platform and its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 AUTOSMART shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or
damages arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on its Contents.
9.3 The information provided on this Platform does not constitute legal, financial, or
